I am now at our office in Alicante 🇪🇸 . Here we work with an international team. We all speak a different language, yet also the same language.
Everyone loves the sales profession, everyone is driven and we all want the best for our customers: growth! This goal-oriented working attitude unites us. Every customer team goes for success. Whether from the Netherlands or Spain makes no difference. You can feel that energy online and on the phone. As do our customers. The working atmosphere is good and that is worth so much!

You might think that working remotely would detract from the team spirit, but nothing could be further from the truth at De Leadopvolgers. In fact, with colleagues spread across the Netherlands and Spain, we are a top team! After all, acquisition and lead follow-up are extremely suitable to be organised from various locations. Because if you work for the same customer, pursue the same goal, have the same energy and use the same tools, then you are completely on the same page. This strengthens our bond and you notice this in the whatsapp groups of our client teams where we share everything with each other!

It's great to see how we are becoming a bigger and bigger team for our customers who want to enter the international market.
